  • A therapist/ psychologist or other mental health professional. Coaching is about setting and achieving goals and assumes a certain level of mental health. I will empower you to achieve your goals by supporting you into action.
  • A cheerleader. Although I will motivate and inspire you while helping you get clear and do the hard work needed to move forward with your goals.
  • A yes women. I am here to support you and help you move past blocks/ obstacles so you can achieve your dating goals. This requires the ability to be honest and direct with what I see (no sugar coating).
  • Someone to do the work for you. I am here to support and encourage you but the path to discovery must be walked by you.
